Cancellations & Refunds

There is no charge for cancellations made with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice from the appointment time are subject to payment in full although I will endeavour to offer rescheduling of a cancelled appointment to be re-arranged within 5 working days and no additional charge will be applied in such instance. However, if I am unable to provide a re-scheduled appointment within the above time frame, or if the client declines or is unable to accept such re-scheduled appointment, then the full fee for the cancelled appointment will apply.
