Services
I offer therapy online or over the telephone utilising evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs. In your initial session with me we would start an assessment process where we would aim to come to a joint understanding of what challenges, situations or difficulties have led you to therapy. This would help us to establish a meaningful goal for our sessions together.
My services are multi-faceted and combine my expertise in the fields of Counselling & Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Coaching.
About Me
From a very early age I had a deep passion for helping people and that passion steered me in the direction of a career in nursing, mindfulness and counselling. I have a background in mental health having worked in the NHS as a mental health nurse since 2005. I am a fully trained and qualified Person-centred Counsellor and a Registered Mental Health Nurse
I recognise the differences and diversity regarding religion, faith, spirituality, culture, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities and respect the individuality and uniqueness of every person and their individual needs.
I draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness and coaching, to suit the individual needs of each client and I work in a confidential, non-judgmental and safe environment. I use a variety of skills and modalities to assist you in achieving your goals depending on your inclination and needs.

I offer a FREE 15 minute telephone consultation prior to first booking.
Appointments are booked on a recurring weekly basis for the same day and time, either one at a time or as a block booking of six or more sessions at a discounted price.
