"When you are setting on a journey, do not seek advice from those who have never left home"

~Rumi

There may be times we find ourselves feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope with something from our past, present or future. Facing up to reality can be difficult or daunting. Sometimes we cannot verbalise or share our feelings and thoughts with friends and family and it can affect our own wellbeing - physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Counselling will give you the opportunity to explore and make sense of the things in your life that may seem confusing or unsettling for you.

I welcome you by offering you a safe and confidential private space where you can feel comfortable to express some of your inner thoughts, feelings, fears and hopes in a non-judgemental environment.

Are you feeling anxious, sad, traumatised, lacking confidence or simply cannot understand what you are feeling and why?

Maybe you are encountering one of the following...

Looking for meaning in your life or need support to make changes in yourself or your life

In a difficult transition or questioning your worth or your identity

Struggling with low mood, depression or anxiety

Past or present traumatic event

Trauma from witnessing or being involved in a road traffic accident

Ecological or Environmental distress

Health issues regarding yourself or someone close to you

An awkward or upsetting relationship, family, school, work situation

A family or relationship dilemma

Difficulty processing grief after loss of a family member, friend or pet
